This job had a 3rd floor deck that was rotted due to a bad flashing job on the wall cap.  We replaced wood where necessary and also installed a waterproof fiberglass cap on the wall.  Other problems were water getting into the house where the fiberglass met the asphalt shingles.  Again, incorrect flashing job.  The gelcoat was chipping and peeling on all decks so we sanded them down and applied a new coat to them.   Lastly, we caulked all of the windows and doors.
